The Committee's Mission and Goals
- Gathers data from underrepresented groups within the solution focused community;
- Reviews Association’s existing and future initiatives regarding equity, diversity and inclusion;
- Provides recommendations to the Board that support the Association’s efforts toward ensuring equitable access to opportunities, benefits, and resources for all of its members.

Terms of Committee
Committee Members can join the EDI committee for 1 year terms, and renew one year at a time. If they are not renewing for another term, they should let the board chair know 1 month in advance of departure. Depending on the availability of committee members, they may meet online for a meeting once a month to discuss ideas, deadlines and updates as needed, led by the board liaison, or communicate digitally through email.
