The Committee's Mission and Goals
- Review Association's existing and future initiatives regarding equity, diversity, and inclusion, and provide recommendations to the Board that support the Association's efforts toward ensuring equitable access to opportunities, benefits, and resources for all of its members.
- Provide general guidance on respectful and just conflict resolution with respect to member concerns related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- In collaboration with the Professional Development Committee, provide platforms and opportunities for new and underrepresented members to share their stories and expertise.
- In collaboration with the research committee, identify research on using SF for supporting underserved and underrepresented communities and healthy identity development.
